Alvin began his career in Brisbane as an assistant residential valuer in 2003 before becoming a Certified Practising Valuer in 2007. After relocating to Sydney, Alvin specialised in prestige residential valuations before moving into a Commercial Valuer role in 2017. Alvin’s experience has extended into residential development including built form and englobo subdivisions, disposals and asset valuations for financial reporting, commercial valuations and insurance valuations.

Also a registered valuer in Western Australia, Alvin’s valuation experience extends into gold mines.

Beyond providing sought-after and literal ‘golden’ valuation advice, Alvin can also list off the latest wine bars and restaurants, using his downtime to explore all Sydney has to offer.
