Josh specialises in residential development valuations and consulting with a focus on medium scale apartment projects within the Melbourne metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs.

Graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business (Property), Josh’s expertise now spreads across a range of asset classes, including commercial, retail and industrial, primarily providing mortgage valuations for major lenders.

Development funding, infill development sites and providing advice and analysis for private developers are all in Josh’s expert sphere.

On the weekends Josh relaxes by spending time with his family or indulging in a little sports viewing.
