A property aficionado, Karlija practiced as a licensed real estate agent for eight years before finding her true calling as Head of Systems & Administration supporting the management team at Ray White Valuations.

Karlija’s role as allows her to help Ray White Valuations maintain their competitive edge by finding innovative and efficient solutions for their day-to-day operations. Karlija oversees Ray White Valuation’s Information Security Management System and ISO 27001 compliance practices and manages operational systems across various business lines, locations and functional areas to ensure a high standard of performance across the teams.
